I’m a product design leader with over a decade of experience designing digital products and five years leading AI- and growth-focused initiatives. I’m known for strong product and analytical thinking, with a builder’s mindset that uses design to simplify complexity and drive real outcomes.
Leadership is influence, not management.
I don’t lead through hierarchy, process, or control. I lead by setting direction, making good decisions visible, and showing what’s possible through real work. Influence comes from clarity of thinking and quality of examples—not from job titles.
When building is cheap, intuition and taste matter most.
AI has lowered the cost of execution, but it hasn’t made problems simpler. The real advantage comes from strong intuition about which problems are worth solving, what good solutions look like, and how products should feel. I push myself and the team to question defaults, challenge norms, and think deeper before committing to solutions.
We cannot design AI products without technical fluency.
AI models and systems can’t be treated as black boxes. Without a working understanding of how they behave—their strengths, limits, and patterns—product decisions become either overly cautious or poorly grounded. I stay close to the technology and create space for the team to learn together, building shared intuition and confidence.
The future team combines humans and AI agents.
I believe future teams will consist of both human collaborators and AI agents. Agents change the pace of work by speeding up exploration, iteration, and implementation—allowing teams to test ideas faster and operate with more leverage. I work with the team to build and use AI agents directly in our workflows so we can move faster while staying focused on what matters.

As Head of Product Design, I lead a multidisciplinary organization spanning product designers, UI engineers, and product managers, and serve as product owner for AI-powered mortgage fintech solutions focused on customer experience, automation, and business growth.
Over eight years, I progressed from individual contributor to division leader while remaining deeply involved in shaping major enterprise and consumer-facing products, leading automation and AI transformation initiatives, and earning industry recognition including HousingWire Rising Star (2024), Tech Trendsetters (2023), and NMP 40 Under 40 (2021).

I began my product design career in 2014 at Bosch’s UX Center, providing user research and design consulting to teams worldwide. In 2015, I joined Bosch USA, where I worked across Corporate Research and a corporate startup, bridging research and product by translating Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning innovations into real-world, user-centered business applications.
My education spans design and business across three cultures. I earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master’s degree in Product Service System Design in Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design in China. This background trained me to think in systems—connecting user needs, technology, and business—which continues to shape how I design and lead AI-driven products.
Outside of work, my curiosity for AI keeps me busy. I enjoy following new models, ideas, and directions through courses, talks, and conferences, mostly out of interest in where the field is heading and how it may reshape the way we build products. I often take those ideas further by exploring them on my own, experimenting with models, agent patterns, and workflows to build intuition.
I also enjoy influencing and supporting other designers. I give product design talks and mentor junior designers, helping them think more clearly about problems, grow their craft, and navigate their own paths in the field.
When I need a reset, I step away from screens and recharge by traveling, reading, and spending time on hiking trails, tennis courts, or ski slopes.
